The hinged ramp keeps the dock in position at
the shoreline end. The ramp positions the dock away from the shoreline allowing debris to
pass freely between the dock and the break wall or shoreline preventing the unsightly
buildup of floating garbage. By pushing the dock further out into deeper water it
increases the usable portion of the dock to tie boats to. The ramp uses quick attach hinges similar to those used by other dock system
components. This provides quick assembly or disassembly when the dock is being removed or
installed. |
